区块链红包，支持两种类型的红包，普通红包和口令红包。
普通红包可以指定领取人，并且在红包上附上留言。领取人领取时可以看到留言。
口令红包又分为固定金额和随机金额红包，可以指定红包个数。固定金额红包每个红包的金额相同，而随机金额红包每个红包的金额随机（使用当次交易的hash作为随机数）
基于NebPay开发，需要安装钱包插件或APP才可使用。
